I will forget most of the dinners I had on this trip, but the dinner we had at Dar Ahlam’s stands out and will remain a cherished memory. Dinner was absolutely delicious and Ismael and the chef were so nice and accurate in cooking for us: gluten-free bread for our celiac daughter and a non-diary meal for myself. Rooms very comfortable and clean. In fact much of their traditional cuisine is naturally gluten and dairy free, excellent!! Breakfast should be taken as an example for everyone: real healthy balanced food with ‘omelette nature’, orange fresh juice, all sorts homemade jams, traditional pancakes, olives and much more.
